Retirement village information is fragmented across operators, with inconsistent pricing, available homes, contracts, ongoing costs, exit fees, services and terminology making meaningful comparison difficult.
Define the product from the ground up, then design the entire marketplace ecosystem around it.
I shaped the product strategy and marketplace model, structured operators, villages and homes into a consistent data system, and designed search, filters, maps, location discovery, village and property pages, cost experiences, content, operator tooling and future AI capabilities.
A scalable marketplace that turns fragmented retirement village information into a structured discovery experience.
One product system now connects the underlying data with search, geography, inventory and detailed village and property experiences, creating the foundation for richer comparison, operator services and future product capabilities.
